Two and a half hours of absolute bliss!

After a safety briefing and lesson on how to be safe on the water and the paddle boarding basics, you will be taken on a guided tour to explore stunning scenery, beautiful coves, hopefully see some wildlife (seals are often spotted and dolphins on a rare occasion have popped up, all depends how lucky we are on the day) and just enjoy the ocean and its complete calmness. We will take a stop to reflect and enjoy a peaceful moment and enjoy a champagne and strawberry picnic and a soft drink and little treat for any little ones. We shall head back and if your feeling brave we can do some skill work and really test your balance and have some fun! Or we can just enjoy the paddle back. These tours are tailor made to suit what you would like from your experience.

Hen Parties

Hen party stand up paddleboarding classes are fantastic fun for so many reasons:

• Physically demanding workout, to tone up while tanning.
• A great way to build up a thirst for the evening's cocktails.
• A new skill.
• Yet another brilliant reason to be beside the seaside.
• Plenty of fresh air and sun.
• An amazing experience with great memories.

Once all the hens have got the hang of it and are up and paddling, the instructors will introduce a few fun games and races to get the competitive spirit going between the girls. There will be laughter smiles and you will make lasting memories.

Hen parties are a great reason to go out and try something completely different and new. Hen party paddleboarding is most definitely different, it's a great way to get the girls onto the beach and into the fresh air so you can all top up those pre-wedding tans.

Experienced instructors will be on hand throughout to work with the group at your own pace to ensure all the hens get the most from the session. And once you get up on the board and start paddling yourselves along, you will be hooked especially paddling in Cornwall the coast line is second to none.

Hen parties will need to booked in advance.

Prices start at £30 per hen and custom trips can be arranged

Mega SUP is on its way!!

The Mega SUP is a giant (17' long) paddleboard for families or groups of friends.

Best paddled with 4-8 people - at the same time!

Your main challenge is to stand up!

Mega sup will help you bond as team you need to work together with mega sup or your in the drink.

Its a great way to build friendships, create family memories and just have a good laugh.

Mega SUP lessons are available this summer and pre booking is required. £25pp
