Booking and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and if due to any circumstances I cancel, this is fully refundable.

Please be aware 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel for any reason.

Full amount payable before your lesson/tour begins.

Please arrive at your scheduled location at the time agreed. Late comers will unfortunately not receive their full allocated time due to other bookings.

Due to living in England our weather can be very unpredictable, which frustratingly means sometimes trips will be cancelled. This is to ensure everyone's safety

The location of my tours may change due to winds.

Paddleboard Tour and Lesson Waiver

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party are physically fit enough to participate in this paddle board tour/lesson.

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or needs before the lesson/tour commences.

You accept that paddle boarding on the sea or fresh water carries their own risks and you've made your booking on the basis that you and your members of the group undertake the tour/lesson at your own risk.

You and your group will paddle and adhere to your instructor's instructions at all times at no time should anyone behave in a reckless manner likely to put their own or others lives in danger.

Lesson or tour will be revoked in cases of reckless or dangerous behaviour and failure to listen to instructions with no refund given.

You are responsible for the care of all equipment that you are provided.

Each participant is responsible for his or her safety.

Use of a paddle board involves personal risk and you must use your paddle board responsibly.

You must not paddle board when under the influence of alcohol or drugs, strong medications or when fatigued.

Young persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If for any reason the instructor/tour guide deems it unsafe to continue the tour/lesson the tour/lesson will be immediately cancelled.

Injuries and or death associated with paddle boarding may result from weather, rip tides, unpredictable movement of the sea, collisions with objects or other users on the water, lack of fitness, inability to operate equipment and inability to follow instructions.

The instructor or company will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of belongings.


Please print and sign the waiver to bring with you. A signed form is required for each member in the group before the tour or lesson starts.
